To post a single status on Facebook and Google+ without installing the accessories all you need to do is go to http://facebook.com/mobile from your Mobile browser.

In the lower left corner you will see an email address that ends with @m.facebook.com.

Write the email, and switch to Google+. Here it is advisable to make a new circle and add the email address as a contact in it, or to insert into an existing circle.

Then just write a status and choose to let the new group of Facebook (do not forget to check the “Also e-mail one person who is not yet using Google+“), and you check your Facebook wall where you posted a new message.

Although this trick works great for now, the problem is that it has a limit of only 45 characters. That’s because Google has inserted status in Subject field of an email message you send, but limited to 45 characters, and Facebook pulls the Subject field.

Maybe Google+ will further allow more messages to be sent through e-mails and will be solved this problem.
